Social Studies Department: Hello Juniors and Seniors: Are you interested in serving as an election judge? On November 8, 2022, all local communities will be holding elections for both local, state, and federal offices. The DuPage Election Commission allows for high school juniors and seniors who are in academic good standing (3.0/4 GPA) and citizens to serve as an election judge. If you are interested, there are two informational meetings on Friday, Sept 16. One is at 7:00am; the other is at 2:40pm. Both meetings will be in room 1118 and will last about 15 minutes. While this is a paid opportunity, this is also a great experience where you can serve your local community by helping people vote in the November election. Please see or email Mr. Coon, Mrs. Maghrebi, or Mr. Fridlund if you have any questions, but attendance at one of these two meetings is required to apply.
