OLAS: Want to know more about what OLAS is and what we do? We celebrate and share Latino culture through our events, social media and dance performances! Come to our informational meeting on Wednesday, September 3rd from 3-4 in the cafeteria to find out more and see how you can get involved. Everyone is welcome!
 
Yearbook: Attention SENIORS! If you missed your first chance or would like a second opportunity for your yearbook photo, Yearbook Retake Photo Sessions are coming up Tuesday, 9/9 in the Faculty Cafeteria!
This is your last chance to appear on the Senior Portrait pages. Whether you were absent, need a redo, or want to update your look, be sure to attend. It is free to have your photo taken!
 
Future Teachers of America: Have you ever thought about becoming a teacher?  Are you looking to make new friends?  Do you want something to list on college applications?  If any of these are true, stop by room 1241 on Wednesday, September 3rd at 7:30 AM for a doughnut and to find out what Future Teachers of America is all about.  
 
SuperFans: MEETING AFTER SCHOOL WEDNESDAY IN 1220! Come paint the banner and other signs to get ready to get loud at Friday’s first home football game! Theme is BLACK & GOLD. Shirts on sale during all lunches this Friday for $5. 
 
STRIVE: Students:  Need help with your homework?  Don’t understand the material in your classes?  If you answered yes to either of these questions, STRIVE, our after-school tutoring program, is here to help you.  STRIVE will begin next week on Tuesday, September 2.  STRIVE is right after school on Monday through Thursday in Room 1410 (the Quad). Teachers will be available to help you with your homework and to study.  If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Mahoney or Ms. Jungmann.

Hoco Girls Dodgeball: Applications are LIVE for Homecoming week’s JUNIOR VS SENIOR GIRLS DODGEBALL TOURNAMENT! Sign up with your team, and start scheming to dodge, duck, dominate on Wednesday, 10/1 at 6:30pm during Homecoming week.  Pick up (and return) team applications in the Activities Office, Athletics Office, or Room 1220. Submit ONE application per team, and pay individually $20 per player on Pushcoin using the link below. All players receive a personalized junior or senior jersey. Deadline to sign up WEDNESDAY, 9/17! Link can be seen in student’s emails.
