Wrestling: is beginning their pre-season training every Tuesday and Thursday in the varsity wrestling room from 3:00 PM – 4:15 PM. This will start August 31st and run through October 28th. No experience necessary and we will have shoes in case you need to rent them. This is a non-cut sport!!! Bring a friend. If you have any questions please as Coach Cherry, Coach Edwards, or Coach Lifonti.
 
Join the North Current: Glenbard North’s student newspaper, for an interest meeting on Thursday, September 16 at 2:40 PM in Room 2235.  Come learn about the school newspaper, meet the editors and faculty sponsors, find out about our production schedule, and learn how to become a part of our team as a writer, photographer, artist, or editor.  If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Buck-Castaneda or Ms. Pierce.  Join our Schoology group to keep updated as well.
 

To All Students Considering a Career ANYWHERE in the Fine Arts:We are planning the first-ever D87 Fine Arts College & Career Night! This event will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 during the D87 Fine Arts Week. It will be in person at Glenbard East and streamed simultaneously on Zoom. We need your help by completing the interest survey below to help determine what speakers and post-secondary education programs we will invite

North Technology Club: Join the North Technology Club to learn about CRYPTOCURRENCY and PYTHON programming. Meetings are every Wednesday after school in room 2206. Everyone is welcome. No experience required!  

Attention all Club Interact!! Kids Against Hunger food packaging event will be after school on Wednesday, September 29th! Please turn in your field trip forms and transportation waivers before the 29th to ensure your spot! Email Hayley Collings with questions.
 
Black Student Association: will be meeting this Thursday after school in Room 1235. All are welcome!  
 
Girls Cross Country: Congratulations to the girls cross country team on their performance at the Richard Spring Invitational at Detweiller Park in Peoria. This is the largest meet in Illinois and runs on the state meet course. Grace Schager placed 3rd overall, running 16:42 for 3 miles. Her time is a new Glenbard North SCHOOL RECORD for 3 miles! Congratulations, Ladies.   
 
Speech Team: The Speech Team season is around the corner! The Speech Team is a competitive activity in which students compete in 14 different events, ranging from informative to impromptu to poetry reading. We currently meet every Friday at 6:45AM in room 1408. If you’re interested, or have any questions, please contact Rebecca Nielsen.

Learn how you can become a part of our publication. We are looking for writers, photographers, artists, and graphic designers. No experience is necessary and new staff members are always welcome. Technology Center of Dupage: Attention all Sophomores and Juniors, Come on out to Explore Day at Technology Center of DuPage on October 20th. Set out on an adventure and discover your talents in Auto Technology, Cosmetology, Multi Media, Nursing or 14 other programs to choose from. See your Schoology Class Group Messages for the Registration form and/or visit the School Counseling Office to sign up today!
